Kristin Currey

Kristin Currey manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Prior to joining H5, Ms. Currey served as regional director of legal solutions sales at IKON Office Solutions Inc, a national litigation services firm and the largest provider of legal document services in the world. As the general manager of outsourcing in IKON’s prestigious Legal Document Solutions Group, Ms. Currey consulted with Fortune 500 corporations and Am Law 100 firms on best-in-breed technology and processes to reduce costs associated with litigation. She has also held a variety of executive roles in sales, marketing, and training at Eastman Kodak Company. Ms. Currey earned her B.S. at Arizona State University, where she was an NCAA Academic All-American athlete. [contact]

Michael Morneault, Esq.

Michael Morneault, Esq.

Michael Morneault manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Prior to joining H5, Mr. Morneault was vice president and chief investment officer of Innovation Works, a seed stage venture capital fund. Previously, he was at McKesson Corporation, where he first served as general counsel and then as vice president of strategy and business development for the Fortune 20 company’s healthcare automation businesses. Before joining McKesson, he practiced law in the Business and Finance Group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Mr. Morneault also served with distinction in the Army’s 3rd U.S. Infantry (the “Old Guard”) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Morneault is a distinguished graduate of Southern Vermont College and the University of Wisconsin–Madison Law School, where he graduated cum laude. [contact]

Steve Nickerson

Steve Nickerson manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Before coming to H5, Mr. Nickerson served as a national vice president of sales consulting for the Automation Technology Division of McKesson Corporation. He has over 20 years’ experience in senior management, business development, national accounts, and customer support in the technology and healthcare industries. Michael Rubenstein, Esq.

Michael Rubenstein manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Prior to joining H5, Mr. Rubenstein served as managing partner of Document Technologies, Inc., a national litigation services firm, where he oversaw regional operations including multiple outsourced document and data production facilities. A former practicing attorney at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, he has also held a variety of client development and marketing positions in emerging legal technology firms, most recently at CaseCentral, Inc., a provider of legal data repository and software application services. Mr. Rubenstein is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Law School. [contact]

Philip Strauss , Esq.

Philip Strauss, Esq.

Phil Strauss manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Before joining H5, he was vice president and general counsel at Actuate Corporation, Brio Software, and MarketTools, Inc., a market-research technology company. Mr. Strauss also held a senior counsel position supporting the Intelligent Document Business Unit at Adobe Systems Incorporated. Before going in-house, Mr. Strauss was in private practice as a corporate associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and as a litigation associate at Jones Day in Chicago and served a judicial clerkship with the Supreme Court of Alaska. He has also been active locally and nationally in the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and its San Francisco Bay Area chapter, where he served two terms as chapter president and founded the chapter’s Privacy Committee and the national New-to-In-House Committee and Corporate Counsel University training program. Mr. Strauss holds a B.A. in international relations from Emory University, a J.D. from Duke University, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he is an adjunct instructor teaching business law. Terry Sweeney

Terry Sweeney

Senior Practice Consultant Terry Sweeney focuses on tailoring the company’s services and technologies to legal applications. Mr. Sweeney brings over 30 years of executive, project management, technology development, and professional services delivery experience to H5. He also represents H5 as an industry advisor to the Sedona Conference’s Electronic Document Retention and Production Working Group. Before coming to H5, Mr. Sweeney was president and CEO of a national litigation support company providing a full range of services to law firms and corporate legal departments and to the federal government in support of high profile, complex litigation. He led the design, development, and successful commercial implementation of one of the earliest Internet-based collaborative litigation document management systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sweeney was the senior information systems professional at the U. S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division. Mr. Sweeney holds a B.S. cum laude in management from the University of Maryland. [contact]

Kelly Young, Esq.

Practice Director

Kelly Young, Esq.Kelly Young manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Prior to joining H5, Mr. Young served as director of practice management for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he was responsible for strategic planning for the firm's 13 practice areas, including litigation, labor & employment, and intellectual property. He was also responsible for financial analysis and developed management tools for partners charged with leading the firm's business units. Before joining Akin Gump, Mr. Young served as vice president for foundations at Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the United States, where he managed daily operations of the Koch family foundations. He began his professional career at KPMG analyzing mortgage-backed securities and later served as assistant dean of George Mason University School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stanford University.[contact]

Matt Zhun

Practice Director

Kelly Young, Esq.Matt Zhun manages new business development with leading national corporations and law firms. Most recently before joining H5, Mr. Zhun worked as director of electronic data discovery sales and service for IKON’s Legal Solutions Group. Earlier, as an IKON account manager, he consulted with the office of the general counsel of many Fortune 500 companies on large, complex discovery matters. Mr. Zhun also worked at Applied Discovery and iLumin/Computer Associates, where he gained valuable experience in advanced e-discovery consulting, forensics, and email archive systems. He has provided over 70 CLE-certified presentations on these topics in numerous states throughout the country. Mr. Zhun holds a B.S. from Florida State University and an M.S. from the University of Central Florida. [contact]
